Most readiness tools give you a score out of a hundred. A score is not a decision. This one names the specific cause, tells you which problem is travelling with it, and puts a number on what the symptoms are costing you each year.
We ask the question that separates the possible causes most, then stop as soon as another question would not change the answer. That is why this is short, and why it may end before fourteen.
