Why most of it never goes live

The risk in AI customer service is not a slow answer. It is a confident wrong one, in writing, to a paying customer. Generic chatbots make things up because nothing forces them to ground an answer. That is why so many pilots never get switched on.

The fix is the same five phase method behind every one of the twenty-seven systems on the work page: someone owns the outcome, the data is found, the definitions are agreed, the real process leaves a record, and only then does anything ship. The free AI readiness diagnostic tells you which phase you are in.

What we build for this

Enquiry agents for email, web chat and WhatsApp

An agent reads the enquiry, finds the answer in your policies, prices, availability and past conversations, replies with the source, and escalates anything it cannot ground. The read only messaging tap lands WhatsApp business conversations in the warehouse without ever writing to the account, so the agent learns from real threads.

AI receptionist and booking

Booking, rescheduling, reminders and billing questions handled in the customer's language. The clinic front desk was built once and configured per clinic, with each node answering a specific complaint quoted from real reviews.

Call handling

Transcribe a call while you are still in it, summarise it and file it, without disturbing the call. The live call transcription build only ever adds read streams to the audio server.

Hand off that actually works

Every escalation reaches a named person with the customer's question, the sources the agent found, and what it was unsure about, so the person answers in one reply instead of starting over.

How it stays trustworthy

Grounded, trustworthy AI is not a slogan here. It is five rules every agent we ship has to pass.

Cites its sourcesEvery answer an agent gives points at the document, record or rule it came from. If it cannot cite it, it does not say it.
Refuses to inventWhen the data is missing or the question is outside what it knows, the agent says so and stops, instead of producing a confident guess.
Stops and asks a personAnything uncertain, unusual or expensive goes to a named person with the evidence attached. The agent never acts on a hunch.
Leaves an evidence trailEvery step records the source, the definition used, the confidence, who approved it and the outcome, so a reviewer or an auditor can see why it acted.
Runs inside your perimeterModels and data run on hardware we own or on yours. Client data does not have to leave the building to be worked on.

The services behind it

From the seven AI consultancy services offered from Barcelona and Alanya, these are the ones this work draws on.

Questions people ask

Can the agent answer from our own documents and prices?

Yes, and only from them. It cites the passage or record it used in every answer. If the answer is not in your material, it says so and hands off.

What channels does it cover?

Email, website chat, WhatsApp and phone. WhatsApp is read through a tap that never writes to the account, which is the only safe way to do it.

Does it speak our customers' languages?

It answers in the language of the enquiry. The clinic front desk build messages patients in their own language.

What happens when it is wrong?

It is designed not to answer at all when it cannot ground the answer, and every reply carries its source, so a wrong one is visible and traceable rather than silent.
